Peter Paul Ventre, MD, is a 2001-graduate of The San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Caguas, Puerto Rico. His postgraduate training includes his internal medicine residency served at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/Cabrini Medical Center (2004-2007), as well as his psychiatry residency performed at the University of Florida College of Medicine (2007-2008). Dr. Ventre completed his undergraduate education in Biology at University of Puerto Rico in 1997. He attained board certification in psychiatry with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Furthermore, he has been featured several times on the CNN Latino news show Cala to discuss mental health disorders and treatments. Dr. Ventre is a member of several professional societies and associations, which allows him to remain at the forefront of his challenging field.
